Estate cleanouts in this zone routinely run multiple truckloads and sometimes multiple days, frequently including a spa, a playset or a shed that needs demolishing as part of the clearing. We hold a contractor license, so light outdoor demolition and haul happen in one visit.
Gated properties and HOA-governed enclaves are common. Some require advance gate notification and have restricted service hours. Tell us when you book and we will schedule inside it.
Below Sunset, particularly along San Vicente and Barrington, the stock shifts to condos, townhomes and apartment buildings. Those jobs are smaller and more procedural — certificate of insurance, reserved elevator, designated loading area. We carry full coverage and send the COI to management.
Brentwood also sits close enough to open hillside that brush clearance is a real fall job on the canyon properties.

Yes, including the demolition and the electrical disconnect on a spa. We hold CSLB contractor license #1127329, so we take the structure down and haul the debris in the same visit.
