Junk removal pricing from Prestige is based on volume — the amount of space your items take up in our truck. 1/8: $180 - $195, 1/4: $245 - $275, 1/2: $490 - $550, full load: $980 - $1,100 depending on area. Every price includes labor, loading, hauling, disposal, and cleanup with no hidden fees. Send us photos of your items for a free, accurate estimate within minutes.
Do you charge by the hour or by item?
No. Prestige Junk Removal charges by truck volume, not by the hour, by weight, or per item. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. You see the truck, you see the space your items fill, and that determines your price. Bundling multiple items into one pickup is almost always more cost-effective than removing them separately.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Our minimum charge covers a small load — typically a few items like a single piece of furniture or a small pile of junk. Contact us for current minimum pricing in your area, regularly between $150 - $200.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Send us photos by text or email and we'll provide an estimate within minutes. For larger jobs like house cleanouts, estate cleanouts, or commercial properties, we offer free on-site walkthroughs where we assess the scope in person and give you an exact price before any work begins.
Are there extra fees for stairs or heavy items?
Our standard pricing covers most situations including stairs, long carry distances, and heavy items. If a job has extreme access challenges — like a piano on the third floor with no elevator — we'll let you know upfront before you commit. No surprise charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
Prestige accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Payment is collected after the job is complete — you pay when we are done with the work.
