Old Agoura is the exception and worth mentioning separately — horse-zoned properties on larger lots with barns, corrals and outbuildings. Those jobs are bigger and often include structure demolition alongside the haul, which we can do in one visit under our contractor license.
Access across the city is generally good. Real driveways, room to park, no serious constraints.
